Once you have decided on a site and a building style we will starting working with your architect and begin the design process to create the steel structure for your project.

(If you are not using an architect we can easily accommodate your building needs.)

Upone review, drafting will add any options and changes needed to finalize the building design and take it thru to engineering for completion!

Here are a couple of the many options we have available:

Multi-Story Building

The multi-story light gauge 2’6 o/c load-bearing wall framing system and composite decking at each floor allows for multiple levels with a typical roof-framing package at the upper level maximizing the use of your building site.

Mezzanine Interior Conversion

The interior load bearing wall and floor framing system allows for existing buildings to be converted into multi level storage spaces. It can be integrated within any type of existing buildings.

Single Story Post & Purlin 5X10

Using light gauge steel with a post & purlin building system, this flexible option offers a variety of structural framing designs. Interior hallways, unit spacing, and eave heights, can be adjusted to meet the developer’s needs.

Single Story Post & Beam

This light gauge beam & purlin design systems provides open floor plans with movable walls and partitions. With only a center post depending on the span width, this option offers greater flexibility for individual needs.

Retro-fit roofing systems with standing seam roof panels provide a fast & economical solution for all types of existing roof issues.

Modulars
